Erin Rajca, DPT, PRC
Welcome to Element Physical Therapy, LLC!Â
Providing exceptional Physical Therapy care in the Silver Lake area of Everett, Washington.Â
Dr. Rajca has 18+ years of experience in Physical Therapy. She attended University of Michigan-Flint where she attained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2007. Her undergraduate degree in Physiology was earned in 2002 from Michigan State University.Â
She received advanced certification from the Postural Restoration Institute® in Lincoln, NE where she became Postural Restoration Certified™ in 2014 and continues to attend PRI™ courses to stay up to date on the current research on postural adaptations and the asymmetrical patterns of the human body that can contribute to movement dysfunction. This science integrates the orthopedic world of physical therapy with the neurological, respiratory, circulatory, muscular and visual systems. As humans, we are asymmetrical by design. Our work, hobbies, injuries, and daily habits can cause us to become more asymmetrical, leading to pain, further injury and difficulty with day-to-day tasks. Dr. Rajca is able to recognize the compensatory patterns and provide treatment to alleviate your symptoms.Â

Testimonials
"Erin is an amazing physical therapist and never ceases to amaze me with her knowledge of the body's functions. She is a very good listener, and I can trust and rely on her for the best care possible. My whole family has been seeing her for two years. We won't go anywhere else, we love her!"
- Gina, Active Retiree
"I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Rajca for three (3) years recovering from a broken talus as well as calf surgery. She is crazy wicked smart!! She freely shares her insights as to what’s happening so that I understood why we were doing the work.  She has an amazing bedside manner that made me feel comfortable and well cared for.  As a patent, she held me accountable for doing my exercises as home and drove encouragement when it became difficult. I can think of no better PT Doc to help you recover from an injury or surgery.  It’s truly a partnership and she ensures your cares and needs are top priority when she’s treating you. You are in great hands with Erin!"
 - John, Runner
"I trust Dr. Erin implicitly and I recommend her to everyone I know for physical therapy! She is so thoughtful and thorough and is amazing at identifying the postural restoration techniques to make life changing adjustments. She listens to you and explains how shifts in your body mechanics ease pains and sets you up for success going forward. I am a busy professional, and I was getting frustrated by the constant aches and pains caused by my physically demanding job, Dr. Erin has helped me through many events, relieving my discomfort and empowering me to a healthier, more sustainable version of myself."Â
Jackie, Veterinarian Â
"Dr. Rajca is knowledgeable, passionate and personable. Her therapy allowed me to have control of my life with significantly less pain. I can walk, workout, and so the things I love without worrying about body pain or discomfort. Words cannot express my gratitude for her!"
Sam, Optometrist, Snowboarder
"I came to Erin to help me work through lower back issues that I was having. I had a tremendous amount of pain and discomfort in my lower back, which made it difficult to move around normally, to sit at work, and even to sleep. In our first session, Erin evaluated my injury via movements and by asking me questions, and she truly listened to my concerns. She then guided me through some stretches, movements, and breathing exericses focused on my lower back muscles. At the end of that first session, I was already feeling some relief. After a few weeks of doing the exercises on my own, all of the pain in my back disappeared and I returned to normal activities! Erin is an amazing physical therapist, and I highly recommend her!"
- Andrew, Professor, Runner, Father of 2
"Dr. Rajca's expertise has given my life new energy, quite literally. For years, I adopted a posture that was counterproductive to optimal functioning, putting me at risk for repeated lower back injuries, stiffness, and using more energy to hold myself up than necessary. Not only do I have less stiffness and tightness, but more energy at the end of busy workdays which I never thought could be related to my posture!"Â
- Guillermo, Optometrist, Weightlifter
